The canyon of la Reppe and Destel join up to the north of Ollioules to form the Canyon of Ollioules. A listed site, the canyon are created by water and time: potholes, troughs and grottos, in a beautiful Mesozoic era white limestone. In the 18th century these canyon was the hiding place of the famous bandit “Gaspard de Besse”.
